- Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
3 raw banana
half lemon size ball of tamrind For the masala
1/2 coconut, grated
6 to 8 red chillies, roasted
1 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds, roasted
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder - Skin, cut the bananas into medium pieces and soak in water.
- the banana pieces in tamarind
- Grind together the masala ingredients and add the banana pieces and boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Season with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic and red chilies.
- Serve hot.
